Badigad Dojo is one of the best martial arts training center in Baglung Nepal. Our motive is to produce best players from the local level. So,we offered different type of courses.

KARATE

Martial arts as an educational system are of paramount importance for everybody especially for kids. Karate benefits kids at every aspect of their lives – physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Developing balance, coordination, focus, respect, discipline, self-defense is well known features of every practice

SELF DEFENCE

This program will show our students how to defend themselves if they find themselves on the ground during an altercation. The Dojo Karate Ground Self-Defense program is designed to help our students adequately defend themselves if they find themselves on the ground during an altercation. Knowing that most altercations will go to the ground in under two minutes, we want to ensure that our students have well-rounded knowledge to protect themselves if they are on their back or on top of the offender. This class combines the skills and strategies used in jiu-jitsu, wrestling and general self-defense. It is extremely popular for our adult students, but we offer this class for our Junior level students and above.

KICK BOXING

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Japanese kickboxing originated in the late 1950s, with competitions held since then.

YOGA

The ultimate goal of yoga is, however, to help the individual to transcend the self and attain enlightenment. As the Bhagavad-Gita says, “A person is said to have achieved yoga, the union with the Self, when the perfectly disciplined mind gets freedom from all desires, and becomes absorbed in the Self alone.” Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three. Other forms of physical exercises, like aerobics, assure only physical well-being. They have little to do with the development of the spiritual or astral body.

GYM & FITNESS

Karate offers a wide variety of exercises that are excellent for fitness! … Your endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, sense of balance as well as your overall raw strength will all improve through the practice of Karate. Karate offers a complete full body workout, helping with weight loss and overall health and fitness.
